Voucher Balance

A voucher is a prepaid credit that can be applied to eligible purchases at Better Molecule. After purchasing or receiving a voucher, use its unique code during checkout.

To view the voucher code, current balance, status, and expiration date, if applicable, visit the Vouchers tab in your account.

Visit the Vouchers page and add the voucher amount you want to your cart. Eligible Rewards Program members may also be able to redeem points for available voucher amounts through the Rewards page.

Enter the voucher code in the voucher field during checkout. You can find the code in the Vouchers tab in your account or in the email issued with the voucher. Confirm that the credit appears in the order summary before submitting the order.

Vouchers purchased directly do not expire. Vouchers issued through a promotion, sale, or Rewards redemption may expire within 30 days of being issued. Review the expiration date shown with the voucher before use.

Visit the Vouchers tab in your account. Active vouchers display their original amount, remaining balance, and expiration date when applicable.

An inactive voucher has expired or has no remaining balance. If you believe a voucher was marked inactive incorrectly, contact Customer Support.

Visit the Vouchers tab in your account to view active and inactive vouchers and the remaining balance of each active voucher.

You can also use the Voucher Balance page by entering the voucher code and the email address originally associated with it.

No. Voucher purchases are final and vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No. Only one voucher may be applied to an order.

Yes. If the order total is greater than the available voucher balance, the remaining amount can be paid with another accepted payment method.

Yes. If the order total is less than the available voucher balance, the unused balance remains available for a later eligible purchase.

View the remaining balance in the Vouchers tab in your account.
